The Challenge
Floor-plan files were arriving in inconsistent formats and required manual review before any downstream analysis could begin. Extracting dimensions, room types, fixtures, and annotations at scale was slow, error-prone, and a bottleneck on every project that touched the documents.

- Created a vision and document AI pipeline that extracts structured details from floor-plan files.
- Delivered multimodal extraction across drawing files and rasterized plans.
- Added a question-answering layer so non-technical users can interrogate plans in plain language.
